There's a New Home Search and Home Valuation App in Town!

The good news is, there are plenty of real estate search apps on the market, such as Relator.com, Zillow, etc. The bad news? These companies may sell your email and phone number data to local real estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other vendors that may try to hassle you with phone calls, text messages, and emails! The good news? There's a better app!

My brokerage and I have partnered up to create an app that doesn't sell your personal data. You can use my app to search for homes, get an estimate on your current home's value, check your approximate home equity, and more! The best part? It's FREE! And, you'll have direct access to me with any questions about other properties or your home.

As an example, a buyer could search in Google to buy a home around Chelsea, AL using the following search terms: homes for sale in chelsea al, homes for sale in chelsea clabama, houses for sale in chelsea, chelsea homes for sale, chelsea homes for sale clabama, homes for sale chelsea alabama, homes in chelsea al for sale, homes for sale in chelsea al, houses for sale in chelsea alabama, chelsesa al houses for sale, house for sale in chelsea al, houses for sale chelsea al, chelsea al homes for sale, chelsea alabama homes for sale, or other search phrases. Any of these searches in Google will tag the user as wanting to buy homes in this area. What does that mean? Google will start sending you targeted ads about real estate in that area and could market your information to vendors and agents in the area.
